A site may appear as Pending when:

  • The plugin is installed but not connected

  • Token is missing or incorrect

  • Initial health sync is in progress

  • WordPress site is temporarily unreachable

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Verify the plugin is active.

  2. Recheck the token.

  3. Save and refresh the site.

  4. Wait a few minutes for sync.
